Let's Integrate: The Case of Kelowna Flightcraft's ERP Acquisition Decision

This case focuses on Kelowna Flightcraft Ltd. (KF) and its decision process in seeking an integrated software solution that would unify the three main areas of their business. KF is a full-service maintenance and repair organization (MRO) that operates 12 line maintenance facilities across Canada and two full-service maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities in Kelowna, British Columbia and Hamilton, Ontario.

In 2006, the company realized that its existing systems could no longer support the growth and mission of the company. In the later part of 2007, KF began to look for an integrated software solution that would unify their main areas of their business - Finance, Materials Management and MRO - and meet their overall goals and also grow with the company. What was KF's final selection and how did it solve their integrated software needs?
