Over the past 8 years he has built strong relationships and influenced change at the senior executive level of major computer and software companies. An industry expert in consumer experience in the cloud, support centers and work from home call center agent infrastructure. Not only responsible for having his founding company being acquired by a Bay Area company, he has been instrumental in setting up matching relationships to several high tech companies to being acquired.
