BC Innovation Council (BCIC) offers six Cleantech startups the opportunity to gain international exposure and explore business partnership opportunities at Globe 2010.
Benefits for startup companies:
- Exhibit at Globe 2010 alongside 5 other Cleantech companies in the BCIC showcase
- Gain access to international clients
- Make new contacts to generate sales
- Develop partnerships to expand and further your business goals
- BCIC will help you to:
- Prepare action plans that will position your company for successful commercialization;
- Leverage your tradeshow contacts at Globe 2010.
BCIC is asking companies to express their interest in participating at Globe 2010 no later than February 5th, 2010. The companies that BCIC will select for participation will qualify under the following criteria.
Criteria for selection:
- Early stage company focused on innovation in Cleantech with the ability to fulfill orders generated by clients at Globe 2010
- Company plans to grow and sell products/solutions on the domestic, local & international markets
- Company would not participate at Globe 2010 had it not been for this opportunity
- Company representative(s) will be present at Globe 2010
- Company will contribute $750 towards the cost of the overall participation at Globe 2010
- Company will participate in confidential follow-up surveys on the outcomes of this initiative

Companies interested in participating will send information to BCIC about the company as outlined in the company profile (Download: PDF | MSWord). The company will describe why BCIC should include them in Globe 2010 and the benefits that can be realized from participation.
