The Vancouver Island Economic Alliance is presenting a venue and forum for businesses and stakeholders on Vancouver Island to understand the State of the island Economy. BCIC's Director of ICT, Wireless and New Media will be presenting material on BCIC's outlook 2020 Paper - Building Entrepreneurship Infrastructure and will be participating in a panel discussion.
