Get your tech company on the PwC Techmap!

In 1997, PwC created a visual tool to highlight BC technology companies, giving us the first ever genealogical history of British Columbia's technology companies.

In 2003, an updated PwC BC Techmap with over 942 companies was released showing the significant growth and diversity since 1997. Over 5000 copies of the map were distributed and used by VCs, bankers, economic development specialists, government officials, technology companies and educational institutions.

In 2012, leveraging leading edge technology created in BC and an underlying social media concept, the BC Techmap is online and interactive. It will include more companies and sectors since 2003 and identify regional diversification.
