Certificate in Sales Leadership and Sales Management
BCIC supported the establishment of the BCIC Chair in Sales Leadership and Sales Management at The University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. BCIC has worked closely with key industry experts and the Sauder School of Business to develop advanced technology sales training programs for students and in-career professionals to help fill the education gap and address the shortage of local talent in these areas identified by the BC Technology Industry Association's labour studies report in 2008.
Dr. Pradeep Bhardwaj, a distinguished business professor from The University of North Carolina, is the first to hold the title of BCIC Chair in Sales and Sales Management. The Sauder School of business has a focused approach, through both their MBA and Executive Education programs, allowing BC companies to send their senior managers for training in world-class sales leadership.
